Among our typical agricultural products produced with passion we find the Voghiera garlic (DOP), the violin-shaped pumpkins and the Emilia melon, but also strawberries, peaches, potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, beans, watermelons, peppers, onions, carrots, and celery.

The Voghiera garlic represents excellence among the types of garlic, exclusively produced by we farmers of Voghiera with advanced agronomic techniques.

We select a garlic with distinctive morphological characteristics, such as large size, ease of storage and distinctive bright white.

In the Ferrara cuisine the Voghiera garlic is the star of many dishes, particularly fish, or as a flavoring for sausages and bacon.
